ZT Performance is built on one core belief: true performance comes from discipline, consistency, and resilience.
My name is Zachary Tucker, founder of ZT Performance. My background combines science, athletics, and real-world performance under pressure.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, where I built a strong foundation in exercise science, human performance, and strength training principles. This education shapes the way I design programs—every workout is built on proven training methods and an understanding of how the body adapts and improves.
Athletically, I’ve spent years training as a water polo athlete, swimmer, and weightlifter. These sports demand strength, endurance, and mental toughness. They’ve taught me that real performance is built through consistent effort and disciplined training.
Outside of athletics, I work as a paramedic, where staying calm and performing under pressure is part of the job. Preparation, resilience, and physical readiness matter when it counts. That same mindset carries into how I approach fitness and how I design training programs.
ZT Performance focuses on functional strength, athletic conditioning, and sustainable fitness. The goal isn’t shortcuts or quick fixes—it’s building a body that performs in sport, in work, and in everyday life.
